The Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Public Contracts Ibrahim Talba Malla on Friday June 18, received in audience the Central African Regional Governor of the African Development Bank (ADB). They had very fruitful exchanges on project executions, and Governor Serge Marie N’guessan was visibly satisfied with the outcome of the meeting.
